Kosh Naranek is the Vorlon Ambassador to Babylon 5. He is quite mysterious and vague. He rarely directly involves himself in the affairs of others. Perhaps this reminds you of your co workers? Some suggest that he was a writer for the Who because he always says 'Who are you?' and he is very old. I would have loved to have been that actor who played Kosh because there are no facial expressions involved, you basically float around in that suit and only once in a blue moon do you use any inflection in your voice!

The Vorlon are an ancient race. Little is known about them. Even the Minbari know very little about the Vorlon. The Minbari are the oldest known space faring race. Every ship sent by the major races into Vorlon space has had an 'unfortunate accident.' The simple suggestion from the Vorlon is to not send ships into Vorlon space. Fair enough.
