Here is a wonderful but brief tour of the Kansas State University campus. Included are some of my favorite buildings. Most of the buildings are made from native limestone. A wonderful treat for the eyes.
Durland Hall. This field is replaced by a library now | Another shot of Durland. I spent most of my time here. |
The beautiful Hale library, replacing Farrell. | I'm glad they kept the third floor study room. I loved this place for more reasons than one (none of them studying!) |
Anderson Hall. The administrative complex for KSU. | Nichols Hall. When it burned in the 60's one of the few pieces of music left was the 'Wabash Cannonball.' So it became a secondary fight song for KSU. |
The Ahearn Field House, former home of KSU basketball | This is where we'd get to stand in line for fee payments! |
Seaton Hall. Massive! It seems to go on forever | Many a good evening was spent in McCain Auditorium! |
