Flying commercially I've been on just about anything they fly in the US. My favorites by far are the widebodies. By virtue of going to SFO so much or connecting through Denver I've flown on every one of UA's current widebody offerings and some soon to be extinct offerings.
Some of the terms I use:
ER: extended range.
Overwater: the plane has the overwater package for
transoceanic flights. Most ER have the Overwater package.
Widebody: more than one passenger aisle/heavy
Narrowbody: one passenger aisle
